Collection and storage of personal data; type, purpose and use

The data collected in the context of the contract concluded with you is processed by us for contract implementation purposes. The following information is collected:

  • Form of address, title, first name, last name
  • Address
  • Email address
  • Telephone number (landline and/or mobile)
  • Poss. fax number (if available and desired)
  • Poss. account details
  • Poss. date of birth

The collection of personal data takes place

  • to enable the identification of you as the customer;
  • to enable you to be offered appropriate advice;
  • to allow us to fulfil our contractual obligations to you;
  • to allow us to meet our legal obligations;
  • for correspondence with you;
  • for billing purposes, and if necessary in the context of dunning processes;
  • for the purposes of permissible direct advertising;
  • for the assertion of any claims against you.

The processing of personal data takes place on the occasion of your enquiry to us and is required for the specified purposes for the processing of your order and for the fulfilment of obligations from the underlying contract.

The personal data collected is stored until our statutory storage obligations have expired and is then deleted. By way of exception, this does not apply if we are obliged to ensure storage for a longer period due to retention obligations under tax or commercial law (in accordance with the German Commercial Code (HGB), German Penal Code (StGB) or German Fiscal Code (AO)) or if you have consented to storage for a longer period.

 

Forwarding of data to third parties

  • Right to rectification according to Art. 16 GDPR: You can request the rectification of inaccurate personal data pertaining to you and stored by us or the completion of personal data pertaining to you and stored by us.

Google web fonts
